September 1st- 30th

We plan to run blood drives in the entire September
on Fridays . If you would like to host a blood drive in September please fill out our contact form . If you are not able to have a blood drive on a Friday we are willing to work with having a blood drive on another day.



If you cannot locate a blood drive in your area go to givelife.org & search for a blood drive occurring in your area. Pledge to be a donor.
 
Print the validation form, get it stamped at the blood donation site.

Return the validation form  to the address provided on the form or scan & return to Moonlightblooddrive@yahoo.com
